    they don't check on profile inventory to see if we have enough item.
    so we can't do that hot event

      Right when I think I can finally get something good for my alt, NOPE.

          Hang tight, the issue has been reported and we are hoping for a fix soon. There is a good amount of time on the event so don't lose all the hope just yet and thank you for your patience.
