Has anyone managed to upgrade this to lvl 2 yet? If so, does the rewards increase?

Ouch, a 275% increase? Hope there are new sources of daru coming, because WB just isn't going to be enough to get higher levels any time soon.

and starting level 2 boss cost more than level 1 too ^^;

Yes, the reward increased by approximately 20%.

120 fangs for rank 1
101 fangs for rank 2
83 fangs for rank 3
65 fangs for rank 4-10
and so on.
