[Help] SoulCrystal to Soul Mark

Hi, so I know that Soul Mark can be activated when a player reach lvl 80 and complete Class Advancement,
So my question is: to add/engrave soul mark, does one have to have the soul engraving reached level 80 first?

Of course it has to be lv80.
