Suggestion longer names for characters

hi guys, I would like to see longer names for characters and sylphs instead of 4 to 12 letters thinking 4 to 20 letters.

there are a lot of cool names that we all could be using if we were able to use a limit of 20 letters. there's only so many names that can be made that's 12 letters long and most have been taken. so please think about giving us 8 more letters

i like the idea longer names would be nice having only 4 to 12 letters just is not enough
