New clothing cap... Anyone know?

Anyone from new patch test servers have a clue what lvl the clothing cap has been raised to? So far I know lvl 10 clothes gives 28 rage , so +3, but dunno about wings and lvl 11, 12 either. I can make lvl 12 clothing and lvl 11 wings when patch comes to all servers but would like to know stats, costs in charms, and cap if anyone knows.

Cap should be 12 as with all things, as for stats an other details, don't know. I know someone posted while back the charm cost was nuts, like 1k+ for lv10+ wings per lvl

yeah but when will lv 9 cap be changed?

I heard that it's already changed on test servers, tho didn't check myself but guessing it's true, so next week for rest of us.

I'm curious what it means for the emperor clothing, will it still drop on lv9 or will you need 12 to get it, sucks for some of us that haven't gotten full lv9s yet.

whats the pattern?
lvl 3 synth was 5 charms or 5*(2^<resulting level - 3>) = 5*(2^0)

so lvl 10,11,12 should be 5*(2^7/8/9) = 640/1280/2560 charms

Damn...now I feel silly for blowing all my cores on refining after making lvl 9 wings. Should have saved them to synth more.

It still drops lvl 9 for emperor not sure if 100% on first time of getting lvl 9 but I remember using cores in already lvl 9 and it gave me emperor couple of times

9 to 10 cloth is 148 charm, that's all I know for now

if 9-1o is 128 then 10-11 will be 256 11-12 ill be 532 and 12-13 will be 1064
