Fate Stones Were Used Automatically

I had a stack of 64 fate stones. After jewel hunt I had some more fate stones.
They never stack automatically so i went to add them to my stack but it was gone.
I always use them when I get 410 so each skill says 2/408 but now both skills that use them say 34/408.
I hope this doesn't happen every day. Anyone else have this issue?

Not quite just massive HP drain
