Guild questions

Hi there , I have a few questions about guild:

1. If i leave a guild/get kicked what happen with the items i have in guild vault? ( i lose them? i get them in my inventory? they will apear back when i join new guild?)

2.In my current guild (lvl 49 here) they shadow crystal quest requires 14 cry? ( guild contribution quest lvl 4 or 5). If i join new guild will be reseted t lvl 1 or will be same lvl?

Answer to first question: All your item in vault will be send to your mail box when quit guild.
