Eudaemon gear upgrade

Why Eudaemon gear enchant materials( green , blue , violet flame ) can't be bought by bound balens from shop . We can buy all skills by bound balens. If not then where can i get those green flames?

I think i'll wait for exchange events.

These upgrades so not worth it unless someone would be willing to pay a few hundred dollars to get all the enchant / gems / stuff to commit deeper in the upgrade sinkhole ^^

cash only either be event pay balens for chest or shop still balens they not being nice with them also only skills u can buy with bound balens is random not the ones for 1 type over the other just another way for lagtune to make money just like hot sales spirit cov and things players rly need
