At this point, you can make any team and get 1st or 2nd place by how unpopular it is. The one on s14 (you know.. the one with all the right wing nutjobs) takes 3 hours to complete, and that's cause I make a team about 2 1/2 hours in.

As Arlad has pointed out, it's always been 1200.

Even if your team gets the minimum % to receive crystaloids (6% damage will drop 15 sylph crystaloids), it may take a while, but is most certainly possible. Just watch world chat for people looking for groups, or start your own! If you don't make the 6% damage, you will not get the crystaloids, but you will get some gold, and perhaps a better idea of what to take to the fight. Don't give up!
