Upgrading sylph skill level

I don't know if anyone is aware of this or not but if you notice about these sylph skills:




All the sylph skills are lvl 1, including the ones on the sylph skills tab.
So my question is, can there be a future update that sylph skills - like hero char or eudaemons - can be leveled up in anyway?
Increasing sylph skill level will raise the % of the skill to proc more dmg / reduce incoming dmg, etc..

It will definitely help us venture into more goals to keep us playing, and...
another means of revenue for Wartune devs/publishers .. lol

Also comparing the skills on main stats tab and skills tab,
why/how in any way don't we get to see the skills in action, like:
- Icicle storm and borealis dance for Iris
- Wrathful Blaze and Conflagaration for Amazon

Note: these 2 sylphs are just quoted for example sake to drive my point

i hope so more Electro delphic % would be nice... maybe in the fusion state they will go to Lv 2+

Those skills are the attacks that it uses in unawakened form, so the little icicle storm/ice shot, or fireballs they throw every other round are those skills. Would be severely OP if you could use those in awakened form

I've never heard of any level improvement for skills in China, so it's probably not coming soon if ever.

It looks like a feature they'd considered at the beginning, but never got implemented yet.

It's still a possible thing to happen. Consider we had the placeholder for extra fate wheels for years until the 2nd & 3rd fate wheels were added. That's why I hold on to all extra sylph skill books in the mail.
