Legend Online didnt have the same setting with wartune, some skills and items may have different stat/description.
anyway if we base it on Wartune's, it's crit chance not crit damage. to be exact, it debuffs the target so any attack that hit him have 30% more chance of crit for 2 turns.Originally posted by Wraithraiser
