Hello. One friend of mine wanted to refresh game and had a surprise when try to log in. Password don't match. He have like username in-game name, email is not activated. Can someone tell what he can do to recover his account?

Has he tried going to r2games.com and the forgot password there? Its often the first step of things to try to recover an account. Should this not be available to do, he may need to create a new account to submit a support ticket and explain the issue. Giving proof such as the ip on the account, any balens or vip purchases made.. things like that.. proof of account ownership.. and a new email if the old email is not viable or may have been compromised will help support to help your friend.
