which potion can raise battle rating from 14k to 18k ?

Dear GM and R2Team.

I think this game have many player using bug to raise battle rating. Please fix it soon, and ban all cheater.

at server S54
playername: Darkparagon

At 14:11 server time, he have 18k+ battle rating. (14_11.jpg)
at 14:12 server time, he have 14k+ battle rating. (14_12.jpg)
