Regarding Multi Accounts and Selling Accounts

I've heard a few rumors.. no hard facts, except for one person who deliberately asked me about buying his account, about people who are running multiple accounts on ONE Server and selling accounts for real life money or donations to game for them on another account. I read the rules when I signed up and it clearly states you are allowed one account per realm. So why is it you have several people who are openly known to operate multiple accounts?

Normally, this wouldn't be so much of a benefit but........... with the coming of things like the Rose. I can see it abused to hell and back. I have never liked the "popularity contests" things and this is just another one. There are times you are very limited in what help you can give to people. Most understand that if higher levels still have dungeon attempts that we want to use them on higher level dungeons but once they are done I'm free to run lower leveled ones for others. I even run the higher leveled ones with no attempts to just help friends who need to complete a party.

But I don't expect my friends to do more than say Thanks. So what are your thoughts on this Rose that is coming out and on the multiple accounts that can and probably will abuse this?

Just to clear something up, it's one character per account per server. You can create another account to have more than one character on a server. It's not so much a rule as simply that's how the system works.
