What do the letters and arrows mean?

QTE or quick time event will be unlocked once you upgrade your 2nd skill to level 2 e.g ultimate slasher for knight lvl2, ROF (rain of fire) for mage lvl2 and multi shot lv2 for archers. So once you upgrade any of that skill to level 2, the next time you will use that skill in battle an arrow key will flash in your screen, you just have to click the correct arrow key that you see in your screen at a limited time and if you succeed the damage of the skill will be boosted (+25%) to the base damage of your skill.
