Support site is not working

I opened a ticket 2 times, the number doesn't show up, and it doesn't show in the history also. Please raise the situation to the right people.

Did you try to open a ticket by clicking GM in the mini client? I've heard people say before that that causes this... Can you try using a different browser to file a ticket, see if that helps?

Then again support not working from the button in the mini-client is not much of a support.
someone should have a good look at it, in a professional way preferably...

Unless its about cash, or a bug in r2's disadvantage, support isn't working, with or without button.

I've tried making some folks aware of it in the past... clearly not aware enough.
