R2 new ticketing system for Kabam players?

I noticed Kabam players got redirected to the same game support page when they click the g m link in game. But Kabam players don't have an R2 account. How could they file a Wartune support ticket now? Should they file a Kabam ticket & have it routed to R2? Please advice. thnx.
