void is doable with pvp set lv35.
but for badlands, i suggest you have 1 full heal mage, or 2 heal mage, and deepfreezer. pvp set lv45 is a must. or pve set lv40 if you can have 1.

Void is doable with a pretty terrible group. I went in as a healer mage and some lower BR rated players and cleared void NM no sweat. It took a bit longer than i wanted, but still got done well within an hour.

Minimum party comp for Void NM at less than 45 gear: Healer mage.
