floating damage expands the amount of damage you can do. Thus you can do weaker damage, and you can do stronger damage... dont get it

Not really , that astral isnt that good , to test it I leveled mine Ruthlessness to lv 7 and the results were not that good ,you will be really happy when it increase your dmg ( especially gaia's delphic) but will be disappointed when your Delphic sniper blows 70k with crit when it usually deal 130k

just lvl 3 ruthlessness is good at 20% dmg increase min/max but if u upgrade it up to lvl 7 then better not use it xD

thats why i keep it low when i have one...its just an astral exp bomb for me, usually synth it into something else. Level 3 or 4 is good enough for me
