Filed a ticket, but do not see anything in my inbox/spam

Due to the change in the support system with the recent patches sometimes those emails simply get lost (I am sorry). If you do not hear anything back in about twenty-four to forty-eight hours please leave us your in game name the ticket was sent under as well as the server and we will attempt to get it poked for you, as well as a summary of the issue will be of great assistance in case there are multiple issues going on at the same time.
I apologize for any inconvenience the updated support portal is causing.
