Trouble trying to abandon a Dimension

I just opened a new Light dimension, and all 10 floors were occupied by a friend. I tried to abandon it, but the abandon routine is asking for a "2nd password". I never gave it a password (didn't know you could) and he didn't either. So the question is "How do you abandon a Dimension?"

The secondary password is the same password you created to lock items in your bag. Maybe you created one but forgot?
If you can't remember it at all, you can reset it by clicking the lock on the top right, but it says it would take up to 72 hours to reset.
