Or maybe you had this in mind:

And I would like to suggest for next Holy Forge event:
Archer do not count for this event.

It most likely is what they had in mind. Wind Ranger skills are not being counted and that's what the event text is trying to convey. Every so often a little bit of a language barrier comes across and for that I apologize.
