Got this 2 days ago.... Anyone know what its for or how to use it?

This was one of the 2 possible reward from the 2 previous event (the others ones been either the Werewolf Chest or the Witch's Gift). You can't exchange them though since the October 13th. The only thing you can do is selling them for gold.
