Determination Astral Still Broken?

After the 1.45 patch, does this Astral still broken.

Determination increase crit damage by x.

I read one thread that this astral has no effect at all.

i have a guildmate using that Orange in lvl5 and says it works fine with him..

Yes, I tested it out myself on my archer. The Determination increases crit damage by a certain percent. It's hard to notice because the damage is not static (isn't a consistent amount where you won't deal 1k damage each time, sometimes it's 900 sometimes it's 1100) But I did notice my crit damage dealt increase by a few hundred points when I used it compared to when I didn't use it after a few trial runs against the same type of monster.

So it's not glitched/bugged and it is working properly.

i started that thread on it with weeks of data...

but like i updated that thread at end, when first part of 1.45 came out. it was fixed.

and no, no one use disable crit and crit % at same time....who would do that...
