    No rewards stuck in battle screen

    Why did you change the collection of chests. I have had so many rewards I can't collect because of being still in battle screen in EFMN and no one seems to bother replying to my tickets. Also Grey Screen Logo all the time

    If you open network diagnosis from Developers menu (F12), you will see it is due to http error 404 a/o big network load. Both usually meant that the R2 proxies need to refresh and add more instances.

    Typical answer from R2 support is: nobody else has the same error, even if you provide them log/videos/pictures, they simply ignore it (my favourite is Andrew, who changes his mind each response).
