Aside from using credit cards,paypal,& what so ever...
Like balens...can be done through mobile...


Like me i dont have any of those requirements to become a vip
reasons: 1.still a teenager
2.never experience having credit card or what so ever
3.and us dollars here in philippines?how? (too young to have an account in paypal)
