Is it me or the shadow crystal quest is bugged? It's already green but I can't collect :/

It was bugged for me the first week after the new patch. I'm assuming if you turn the quest in right after the new reset time, log off for the night, a glitched completed quest will be there when you log in the next morning.
So I stopped turning it in at midnight, and it doesn't glitch anymore -
I've seen weird behavior like that too, and it's definitely because they didn't implement the midnight reset completely. The raise honor event is glitchy for me, I collect it after midnight, then it appears to be available the next morning, until I gain 500 honor, then it automatically greys out. The shadow crystal quest was more annoying though, since it was right there in my face the whole time.Comment
