advantage of leveling up fast

I wonder what is the advantage of leveling up fast?
yeah, i know by leveling up we can raise our basic stats.
But what happen if we lack of resource ( crystaloid, etc) to upgrade equipment?

Does it make a disadvantage for us since it can invite more higher level players attacking us?

Planting exp is dumb. Plant gold. Always plant gold. Gold gets you farther in the long run because you get ahead on astrals and guild skills. Those are vital to your performance.
