R2 takes away 20% of the pot EVERY SINGLE ROUND and give you some UNSPECIFIED number of points in return.

Since it is the POT getting skimmed, your skill in the game will NOT matter AT ALL. In fact, you will lose MORE if you keep raising or holding/calling and trying to stay in the game or the longer the game goes on.

The entire POINT of poker makes you LOSE, not WIN, in R2's SCAM version. Experienced poker players will get hurt BAD in this SCAM version of "poker" because it is the OPPOSITE of what poker is all about. The person that folds early gets to keep his stash while those that keep in the game will lose all of theirs through the 20% rake EVERY SINGLE ROUND.

This is a GUARANTEED LOSS on your part.

    Don't do it.

Everything depends on how points are given out. I'm not going out on a limb to say that the returns are going to be crappy, but it's still possible that this might work out OK for a few people.

The 20% rake is pretty bad, and greatly reduces the element of skill here, but if they gave you 10 points for every chip you won, then it might even be worth it if you can win a few hands.
Odds are very low for that happening, though.

You don't get the points when you win, dude. You get the points when they rake the 20%.

exactly. for every 5 balens you bet (win or lose), you get 1 point to exchange in the shop

so in the end, 1 point costs 1 balen.

this is nowhere close to a good bonus to compensate for the 20% fee scam

stay away from this game and go to pokerstars if you want to play poker. At least then you can alt/tab to Wartune and keep playing the game lol

edit. forgot to mention every poker sites have a bonus system too so theres absolutely no valid argument to play poker on wartune

There is nothing wrong with the poker its a bit of fun, if you don't like it don't play it. I've made a good gain on my chips and a good amount of points. around 600 points and my 200 chips is now 500. Spending the points does not effect the chips, I've probably played a hour all up.

Don't bother, MsKink. This guy has had 2 posts, and BOTH of them, he defends R2 to the hilt. He is nothing but a R2 plant.

Lol r2 plant...... Far from it I'm a very long term players yes, had my share of gripes on the forums(although they seam to have cropped any bad threads). I refuse to feed the whales or be one. I've been here for all the hacks and patches and the total dogs a$$ they have made this game into. I only play for the people and I can't stand the game and the lag anymore.

Poker however is something I like to play on most devices, and have had fun with it here, why can I not choose to play something I enjoy without being ridiculed but you?

well, i can understand you enjoy poker. but saying that there is nothing wrong with this is a huge statement. There is a lot of wrong with it... Not gonna argue with you though, if you dont care about being scammed into a 20% fee and the inability to play the actual game while you play poker, its your problem, not mine
