Wartune server or my internet ; - ;

So..its been really hard to enter Wartune ever since MT or even server merge , i always am stuck at 80% of the 7Road logo or 49% of the loading or even 72% i wait like
an hour but it just wont load i had to refresh couple of times before i got it then when i try to click and load stuff it stuck on Wartune logo.Anyone else facing this problem?
Or even black screen WOOH

I had this issue after xmas, but after a while I resetted my router and it got fixed. So could just be something as simple as that.
