talent question ( capt at 80?)

so i heard if you make your character 80 you cannot lvl your talents anymore? is this true? for example if i had a lvl 30 holy seal then i hit lvl 80, its done i cannot lvl it any higher.
Is this true>?

No. The cap is 99 for Holy Seal and 10 for the other talents. You can get as many talent points as is required to cap ALL of them (i.e., 179 talent points)

thought if you didnt get that before your character was 80 your capped? what ive heard

The exp bar looks capped but you still collect exp and you can see how much you have on talent pannel.

There are also advanced talents that only level 80 players can get.

Yep you can still spend your EXP in the talents. I had also thought the same until I decided to check it out and was able to up my talents on the alt.

you are able to collect 800mil exp before it stops giving you exp

it doesn't stop giving u exp. just the max amount of exp u can use towards talents at a time is only 800M. any overflow exp is recorded in ur exp counter for ranking purpose but can't be used towards talents.

yeps an "archer" can heal and shield, gain rage from healing skills, reduce rage cost, and increase healing effect as well.

glad i didn't upgrade the Survival talent either. quite some folks urged me to upgrade it, but more skill CD really kills me. even without that talent i still often ran into the situation of either got no skills to use (all on CD) or no rage to use (can't regain enough for thunderer) if i don't equip LB (and i usually don't). as knight or archer i don't seem to have this problem. or maybe i'm just better at the PATK classes. now i basically lost interest in my first mage (camped at low levels for too long) and GLITCHtune basically destroyed my second mage (due to a mail loss accident) so there's no come back for me to play this class again T______T

Even the 1st level of Survival is painful sometimes. That extra 5 secs can make or break a fight. But I am not going to spend 1k BB on redoing it.
