What's wrong?

It seems to me that R2 cares nothing about their players at all.They have taken items from players that didn't do anything wrong.Players get blamed for the game glitches,(as in my case).They make changes to the game that no one likes yet no changing them back,(they just do other things to make you forget the changes you dislike which you dislike as well).Honestly,why are any of us still playing this or any other R2 games?I am seriously considering cutting my losses and leaving R2 altogether.It is a wonder that there is still any paying players left,(if all of those complaining about losing stuff are legit).Hard to say that with a straight face .
