GM how can i claim my event prize in wartune i already know my code but it says Code is Already been used but i have'nt received my prize yet ! ..help me plzz

I suppose for this you'll need to file a ticket at http://tickets.r2games.com, unless someone else who has had this problem comes along with how they got it to work for them.
