Oh, I don't know. I still ahve quite a bit of balens left from my initial recharge and the last ancient treasure. I would love to see it come back again.

However, the last one was in July last year, so we probably have to wait until July this year, assuming it is repeated at all.

that extra amount of unbound balens is really a win-win situation for both sides. they got more recharges, we got more buying power. I feel like this is one of the few balens-only events that are worth doing. hopefully it's not a one-time event in the past. I really intend to use the extras on things I wouldn't have bought (BoW, vip+SC packs, etc.).
