1 BG session is usually enough to get you 3k if you are ruthless about it... I never hit a guy more than once and I still get 5k+ after BG and GB.

wondering if the upgrade is worth the cost. still have lvl1 medallion here. have enough honor for lvl3 or higher, but no empire truncheons (spent all titan crystals on beads).
