Level compensation for Newbie on old Servers

Recently registered on a chinese server and played on an old server (135/900+ servers) .As soon as the game opened up ,the character was level 40 with all buildings, technologies,level 40 legendary equipment

Chinese version emphasizes playing at level 80, and was clever enough to skip half the levels in order to get players there quicker.

Our versions emphasize playing at 80 too, but our publishers are idiots.
