Can't find my character

I used to play wartune on s572. Now I open it and was told to create a new hero. what's wrong this my character? Was my character deleted?

Did you try selecting your server? Click server In the top right corner and then s572

What are you using to log in? If you are using mini client, you can't type in your server number, you have to search for it and select it. If you type in your server, it will bring you to a totally different server and ask you to create a new toon.

If you're sure you're on the same account you used to create your character, and that you logged in the same way you did when you created your character, please create a character, and then use that to send in a ticket to www.r2games.com/support. In your ticket, include the character name, server, and any other account information you are positive about, as well as a screenshot of a receipt from a recent purchase if you made one (this just helps speed the verification process up, don't worry if you never made a purchase) and start with asking for help with figuring out which account you should be logging into.
