suggestion : exp donation/convertion

the game should have exp donation or convertion to gold/voucer/daru/gems or any other thing ..
this will be a great function

balen convert to gold/daru
exp and gold convert to get talent skill point (dunno how its work , coming soon)
voucher can be convert to rune , useless tho .. but hey , u can use it to improve ur farm and unlock bag slot etc.
gem , can be converted to any other type of gem (coming soon)
