Server Down...Again... only ours??

Can anyone shed some light on why our server keeps going down? In the middle of runs the game just stops... you cannot move....leave dungeon... hit monsters.... this is second time in a week. Would appreciate it if anyone has a clue..

Well, it is right it is now 3hours pass from when server was down. I missed hot events daily quests by this. Game cannot be my life, we have real life outside this game. If I put wartune at first of my daily works, then i am not alive to live. I will be alive to play wartune. As you see this is stupid, dear r2games pls do not make us to put wartune as the important daily quest, if when i come to game, the server is off, then i must! Change my life programing, which will cause to miss my family, loosing job, no sleep,... And it will be caused to leave playing your game, cause i am not orge! I have brain to think about things, and you know...
And a question, why sever busy message is only for our servers. Others can play when we cannot...

Memory, this is the second time in a week it was only our server cluster that got taken down, can you shed some light on why we are the only ones being interuppted? we checked around, we could get on any other server cluster but ours, that reeks...

If you are reporting a server being down, a server number must be included. I don't mind grabbing a screenshot myself, but I will only report them if there's a server number.

yeah server is S9, S15, S39, S50, S52 S13, S21, S24, S27, S33 S179, S176, S182, S185, S188, S192, S195,S198, S201, S208, S211, S214, S217, S220, S224 all 1 merge server but yeah this happen very often ever since merge. not down right now but all goes down ofter randomly for 4-5 hour in key timing for alot players but none of the other server do is just us so can you please check what going on thx in advance.
