If one is defending and uses this skill, the attacker is not affected by the slow skill. This sucks and needs to be fixed. Thank you.

not really i have been affected by it soo many times also this is not bug report area this is suggestions area

Learn the search function and use the search function help r2 by reducing the threads which might have already been posted
