First i need to know what does the Penetration astral give to you?
And can we expect some normal/regular henna events sometimes.. in the future... eventually... ?
And when is the new guild battle coming, the one with the timezone time?

They essentially can't.

There are several workarounds that people have suggested to resolve the issue. Search the forums for other threads, the topic has been discussed ad nauseam.

Astrals with penetration raise your penetration stat. The penetration stat helps reduce your target's chance to parry your attack.

I believe you're referring to the Outland quest? The 4v4 cross server free for all battle that was mentioned in the patch? If so, it will be available on the 15th of July, occurs 3 days a week, 4 times each day.
