Actually, if your max energy is 600, then when you click the refill energy it will cost 200 unbound balens to get 600 energy. If your energy amount is at, or over, 600 you can not refill. If your energy level is less than your max (let's say 570 from doing the defense blessing) you can refill and your energy will go to 1170.
