thought was fun post till read "recharge", and got a answer, should immediatly go and play lotto or any other luck based game (nesides wartune) cause ur blessed with luck. "normal" people only get auto replies or messages that tickets have been closed, without anything changed at all

I gave them the only transaction screenshot I have which was November 2015, that's the lastest 1 cause that's the only time I recharge which was for v.i.p

When the information doesn't match perfectly, which can happen if you've moved or if you've changed ISPs, they need the screenshot of a receipt from a purchase.

So, it seems your ticket is waiting for you to respond with the requested information. They can't proceed without proper verification. You should have been told in your ticket what they need from you. Once you've provided that, they will process your request.

After a certain amount of responses/time they just stop responding at all. The mods don't recommend it, but you may just need to open a new ticket and link to that ticket.
