The New Titans...When will we be getting them?

Many of the Knighted on my server are wondering about the new titans and when we will get them. I know there was a spender or recharge for and absurd amount that gave one, but for us common folk...when are we getting them? Will it be a quest?

the new titans are already in the game, just check the big spenders with A and B option for 80 000 balens, so i guess it will take couple of months before other players will be able to get them through normal upgrading
