Do not get VIP status on auto pay My vip satus was cancelled altho it had been payed for thru Xsolla. Xsolla is good they promptly verified that R2 had been paid. multiple tickets to r2 sending the payment verification recieved the same response. I must send screen shot of payment receipt These are not provided for the auto pays thru xsolla and the xsolla statement that R2 had been paid should be adequate. I have asked R2 to cancel the auto payment. However, I cannot cancel my VIP status since R2 shows it as being cancelled. I guess the next stiep is to contest the billing thru the credi car company, but since the bill is thry Xsolla R2 isinsulated. will be interesting
