Where to get Talent Stones?

I don't seem to see them obtainable anywhere?
Refreshed Voyage shop every 4 hours every day for months, and only saw the Wraithstones.
Should't Abandoned Altar drop them in the same way it drops Wraithstones?

They are currently only available in some of the event item exchanges, or in recharge events.

Ok so they are in fact not in Voyage shop? Thanks for confirming this.

We get 9 Talent Stones per month from the 30min login events. That is all. Well, the Top BR Guild members get 100 after a merge. The only other way is cash, for now, sadly.
