In patrol, at nightmare difficulty. You will need blood demon lvl 8 though.
The other option is from recharge even; there was a few that gave one of those stone after like 5 day recharge)

Eudaemon Soul 'Stones' (lvl 2) are NM Patrols with lvl 8 Scourge Mage. Eudaemon Soul 'Stones' (lvl 1) are some other Eudaemon at lvl 8. I only go for lvl 2 mats so I don't remember.

Eudaemon Souls are NM Patrols with lvl 8 Blood Demon.
