Outlands Grouping Transparency

We should at a minimum be able to see what other guilds are in each team.
A friend of mine just figured their guild is facing 3 active guilds from the same server after friending their members in BG.
And all of them have much higher guild BR than his.
They are with 2 dead guilds and neither of them are on our server.
How is this even fair or possible?
PS. I knew it because I WAS in his guild. Now I've jumped guild to get more daily crystals.

Team matching is awful in Outlands and there is zero attempts to make it fair. Well, it's fair for the 1 whale team that gets 60+ posts... I would like to be able to see which guilds are on each of the teams.

If the teams shuffled at least monthly, this wouldn't be such a problem. There's simply no way to actually create even teams, so there's usually going to be one or two that dominates. If that goes on for 3 months, it's seriously unfair to the guilds that didn't luck into good allies.
