Probably a stupid question (titan and knighthood related)

I got the time titan though the exchange amd used it by mistake.

I am not knighted...

So my question is this...

Did i lose the titan or will it show up once i am knighted????

If any one knows please let me know as this would be a pain to retain again later

by looking at the history of previous similar cases, i think you should say goodbye to your titan.
however, try to send some ticket to the devs. maybe they will have a slight humanity left in them and give you back your lost titan.

You lost that Titan, just like they warn under 70s to not "activate" eudis before you can use them, don't "activate" titans before you are KH.

like arlad said u can always send a ticket and pray hard that the devs might give back as its actualy their fault

Like others have said, consider that titan gone.

Has anyone exchanged for more than 1 time titan? What can you do with the 2nd one? Can you recycle it for stones or is it a waste?

Me too, they should review my old support case & give back the things lost to a mail glitch.
Clicking a Titan Seal Card is considered user mistake but they still compensate it.
I'm not sure why my mails were gone for no reason.
They first told me the mails had been grabbed and deleted by me, which was not true.
After I reviewed the screenshot of their log file, which proved the mails were not collected and not deleted, they changed word and said the mails had expired, which contradicted the timestamps shown on their screenshot.
I don't know if the issue was forwarded to and fixed by dev or not, but after the Thursday maintenance in the week after my incident, the issue did not happen any more.
That was 3 years of game progress lost, which had forced me to abandon the toon (archer) and go back to focus on the old toon (knight), which was not something I'd want to do.
I wouldn't consider the case closed yet, but so far got no further response.
