broken weapon, broken armor and broken nacklace - how to loot this? or what monster / map to obtain about this things. thanks.

Multi Player (MP) dungeon loot drops. You can check the loot in the campaign select screen. Also, you can purchase them in the crypt store, but I would suggest saving your crypt tokens since you should use them only for rings and trinkets. So start doing those MPs.
